Can you help me with my vertical labret cleaning?
So, i had my vertical labret piercing done this past sunday (Dec. 26th), and am STILL a little confused about how to PROPERLY clean it. I've been using Dial (anti-bacterial) liquid soap, & BALEINE SEA SALT FINE CRYSTALS that does NOT supply iodide.
Today, i looked at the sea salt bottle carefully & it's ingredients are SEA SALT, MAGNESIA, and ANTI-CAKING AGENT.
Now, i heard that anti-caking agent isn't good for your piercing, is this true?
Should i buy sea salt withOUT anti-caking agents?
I've had a standard labret before but didn't take care of it like i should have, im just trying to have this vertical actually heal PROPERLY.
Please help!
Very paranoid about this!
You should be using regular water with non-iodized sea salt, so don't use the sea salt you have with the anti-caking agent in it. The liquid Dial soap is also good.
